Exactly one month to the day of their wedding, Gina & Martin have been to see their photographs & album design! We had a wonderful day with Chris & Tracey on Saturday – they got married at Christ Church in Reading & then had their reception at The Old Mill in Aldermaston Berkshire. Weather comment (!): we couldn’t believe how lucky they were. Like us, Tracey had been on the web all week checking the weather’s progress & up until Saturday morning, it was showing that it would rain pretty much all day. But it all came good & only really rained once they had say down for their meal – perfect! So we were able to make full use of the wonderful 20 acres of lakes, rivers & grounds at The Old Mill. As always, here are a selection to wet peoples appetite!
Fresh back from Honeymoon, Kayliegh & Carl came to view their photographs from their wedding which was held at St Marys church in Thatcham & their reception at Mill Hall, Newbury Berkshire. Katherine & Thomas were married & had their reception at the fabulous Sheepdrove Farm & Eco Confernce Centre just outside Lambourn in Berkshire. Set amid the beautiful Lambourn Downs you really feel that you are in the middle of no-where even though you are just a few minutes from the convenience of the M4.
Yet again the weather was kind to us – giving us just enough cloud & shade for the groups shots & then brightening up to turn into a beautiful evening.

We always get positive comments from brides & grooms as well as guests on the day of the wedding. The day is not about photography, but we try very hard to make it fun & an integral part of the day because photography is important for the people who book us. These comments mean a lot – it means we are doing what we set out to do.
But it is also lovely when people put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard!) to let us know how much they enjoyed us being part of their day. Zoe, one of our recent brides, just added this to the end of an email:
