Charlotte & Andy visited us this evening to view their photographs taken at the beginning of April at St Thomas’ Church in Newbury, Berkshire, & then onto their reception venue of Lains Barn, near Wantage in Oxfordshire. We love being part of people’s big day & it’s great bringing back these memories for people. Now it’s time for their homework to get their album exactly how they want it! For all their guests, their photographs are now online here in proofing area including an electronic version of their draft wedding album. This was a wonderful wedding at Ardington House near Wantage in Oxfordshire. Lynsey & Mike are now back from honeymoon & we met with them this evening to go through all their photographs as well as their album design. Which means our run of posting pre-wedding photography shoots & teaser images following a wedding has ended & we can now post a new collage of wedding photographs from their wedding! Their day saw everything from hail stones (as we were walking back from the pub having photographed the boys in blazing sunshine!) to a little drizzle to amazing sunshine again. But the photographs simply show what an amazing day they had – whatever the weather threw at them.

We were priviledged to be Helen & Paul’s wedding photographers at The Springs Hotel in Oxfordshire. The staff at the venue really looked after everyone & the sun was out so that we could make the most of the grounds & give us an amazing backdrop to the wedding. As always, just a couple for now until the newly weds are back from their honeymoon.

We had a fabulous day of wedding photography yesterday at St Thomas’ church (Newbury, Berkshire) & then at Lains Barn in Oxfordshire at the wedding of Charlotte & Andrew. Ardington House in Oxfordshire is is quickly becoming one of our favourite wedding venues – the combination of the stunning house, amazing grounds, great attention of the staff & the space of the marque makes for a fabulous venue & experience.

Paul & Helen are getting married at The Springs Hotel & Golf Club in Oxfordshire in a few weeks time. So we thought we would do a little recce & get some ideas for photographs & a wet weather plan (just in case!) as well as get some nice shots of the two of them.

Lains Barn wedding fair & two pre-wedding shoots

We probably spoke to around 100 people on Sunday at the Lains Barn wedding fair. It was great to see so many people all getting married pretty soon & it was great to see the really positive reaction to our new sample album from Graphi Studio.

It definately had the thud factor (it is rather large!) but the layouts & the quality of the images across the large pages is simply gorgeous. Which is exactly what we were aiming for!!!

In addition to the fair, we had two pre-wedding shoots this weekend. The weather was really kind to us & both days were absolutely gorgeous. I’ll post some more of the images over the coming days, but for now, here are the venues:

Note: Yep – new toy. A 15mm fisheye lense. Am loving the different perspective this creates!
